Samsung Pay doesn't run on the beta, @Sajdog. This is intentional.

Actually Samsung Pay does work it's Google Pay that doesn't.

Google Pay certainly does not work at present with the Beta,  the observations of many has been that there is no issue with Samsung Pay though. See more on this thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/question/how-to-get-contact-less-to-work-on-beta/

Barclays contact less is working fine on one ui 4 beta

Currently it should be possible to make payments with the Samsung Pay app. Have you tried to use this app? 😊 

Some responsible people are also trying to make Google Pay app work during the Beta. However, we still do no know how much time it will take to make this app fully functional during the program. The Google Pay app will certainly be working in the official version of the software 😉.

Use Samsung pay. I installed it specifically for this beta so I can do contact less payments. It works great
