Hi, I've just installed the beta today and ever since my phone is crashing all the time. How can I revert back to the previous one android 11. Any help would be great as I've only had my S21 Ultra for 2 months and I've never uploaded any of the previous beta. Thanks

I'm having the same issue especially with tiktok and social media apps. Also noticed the keyboard to be pretty filled with bloatware of emojis that aren't supported on majority of apps

I have no problems with it, maybe you should reset your phone. I don't want to go back because I really like the new software more

I just report the problems to Samsung. Certain Apps are crashing with my phone too but I like beta 4.0 just give them time to fix the problems

@Cristy4332,

You can try to 'wipe cache partition' through the Recovery mode:

1. Turn off your device
2. Connect your device to the PC via USB (not to the charger)
3. Wait until the message that the device is being charged appears
4. Press and hold down the volume up and then power buttons and hold them until the device turns on
5. Recovery menu should appear
6. from there select "Wipe cache partition" (you can navigate using volume up/down buttons and confirm with a power button).

If that won't help, please report the issues via the Samsung Members app attaching log files to each problem :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:.
