I haven't experienced the issue myself, what first comes to my mind is maybe you have another device that the Buds switch to? You can also try what @GoanGeek suggested in another thread:
1. You could forget and reconnect your Bluetooth devices.
2. Do a simple phone restart.
3. Do a wipe cache.
If that doesn't help, please report the issue via Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look 😊
