Battery protection

It is rather frustrating that the battery protection activates upon plugging in the phone, restricting the charge to 80%, and requiring manual adjustment in the settings to revert to the basic charging mode. One might wonder why the preferred setting cannot be retained.

I've not experienced that problem at all just checked on mine by plugging charger in and it doesn't activate the battery protection perhaps others have had this problem but my s24 ultra is behaving as it should

I did everytime when I plug the charger in battery protection turns on automatically to 80 limit

u can set a routine, i did too, where when ur phone is at 80percent, battery protect is disabled, then at 95percent u can set it to maximum protection 😉
