Hi @marktaylor , presumably you do not have a lower level set in Battery Protection. Ensure there is no debris in charging port,are you able to try another charger just in case an issue there.

You could also clear the USB cache: To do this, go to Applications and Activate "Show system applications" by tapping the 3 lines to the right of Your Apps, select ok.
Find the USB settings app and in storage, delete the cache and data. Restart the device and see if that makes a difference.
However it may be a Beta issue and if not resolved best to send an Error Report.

Since the charging issue started after the software update, please report it through the Samsung Members app so it can be investigated. It would also be useful to know if other Galaxy S25 Ultra users are experiencing the same issue.
