Upgrade J7 (2017) upgrade Android 9

After the latest upgrade while calling, there is no sound. After 3times ringing the receiver get a symbol of a missed phonecall. I don't know if this is a kind of problem like the A7 gets after upgrading to Android 9

This sounds more like a problem with the network @Antoine or your sim card.

 

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone.
