Hey! If your S10e is stuck on Android 11, it’s likely cuz the official updates for that model have ended. You can try checking with Smart Switch on PC or look into custom ROMs like LineageOS if you're comfortable with that. Just make sure to back up everything first!

@_DKTF your Device cannot be updated beyond Android 12 and also no longer receives security updates from either Samsung or Google, therefore it is best to consider an upgrade due to increased vulnerabilities. I would not generally recommend custom roms due to risk. https://www.phonearena.com/news/no-more-security-updates-galaxy-s10_id146679

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

@_DKTF: If you are unable to update over the air (OTA) then I recommend trying Smart Switch on a home computer.
To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-backup-my-smartphone-to-my-pc-or-mac/
Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S10e using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.

@_DKTF: The Infinity U and Infinity O display, with the front camera positioned in the top middle of the display, has been a standard feature of Galaxy smartphones for a while now, and I'm unaware of any upcoming models which might buck that trend. I think the positioning of the Status bar icons (battery/network signal etc) might prevent the front camera from being positioned in the top right of the display like the Galaxy S10e. It's difficult to speculate at this point, but as of right now there is no news to suggest that the front camera will be moved from its top centre position.
