As it's a security feature @hana21 you may need to speak with your countries Samsung Support via the phone or Live Chat or pop into a Samsung Experience Store if you have those in your country.
I personally have the Two Step Verification set to Off on my phone but I cant see a way to go into my Samsung Account and Manage that part as I do not want to activate Two Step Verification to do this. Sorry.
