My husband and I have J13 phones on Vodafone, same account. When we changed my phone and transferred data, all his came to my phone and mine disappeared. Now my phone is kinked to his Samsung account. Can I somehow revert without losing anything? If I try to back up it only recognises his Samsung account or his One Drive. Any clues without factory reset? Thanks

No, I think it was we use the same email for Vodafone and probably mucked up when starting the new phone. We're going to try deleting and re entering on the correct phones! Fi gers crossed but thanks.

Can you see passwords the phone remembered my husband has just gone from flip to S23. All his apps not working like hive for heating and ring doorbell. I can't remember passwords!!!
