Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Dual Sim VoLTE

Hey,

 

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with two Sim Card.

Sim Card 1: Congstar Prepaid Contract mostly used for Phonecalls

Sim Card 2: Vodafone Business Contract mostly used for Mobile Data

 

I run into the issue, that when I get a call on SIM1, i lose connection to mobile data during the phone call. Reading through some threads I think this could have to do with VoLTE. These settings are not available on my S21 Ultra. I can simply select in "Mobile Networks" for SIM1 and SIM2 to use "4G/3G/2G" or "5G/4G/3G/2G". Only one Sim card can use either setting.

Any suggestions how to fix this so I keep the connection to mobile data during phone calls?

VoLTE settings is down to your network provider, I don't have it on my S22ultra so I suggest you contact them for any advice

Losing connection to mobile data whilst on an active call is most likely network based @hammer6990 

Do have a word with them please.
