How do I recover a voice recording I've accidentally deleted?

It is not in my recycle bin and I need a way to recover it on the voice recorder app. My phone is Samsung galaxy s10

@Lilla22 are you using any of cloud based storage like Google One/Google drive, OneDrive?

Hi @Lilla22 It will be problematic without a Back up.  Even if you do not use the likes of Google/one Drive  Samsung cloud still back ups Voice Recordings.

Whilst Data Recovery software exists in the event of no Back ups the effectiveness varies and there is no guarantee, tends to work better with memory card Data.
