After the update on 23 June (I updated it today i.e. 15 July) my Samsung Galaxy M51 has a problem and restarts randomly. After a full settings reset, the situation got worse. After a few seconds after the phone is turned on, it restarts. And I can't do anything on the phone in those few seconds.
I have very important data on the internal memory and third-party apps that I have not backed up, what should I do?
thank you so much.

Sorry, when I was posting the last reply I ran into a problem and couldn't upload a photo, so I got blocked after three tries.
My phone went into recovery mode after about an hour of rebooting and I had only three options.
1. Try again (reboot)
2. Erasing app data
3. Rescue log
I chose to erasing app data, the phone went into safe mode and all apps were deleted (fortunately, the internal memory remained intact). I backed up my files and factory reset the phone because the phone wouldn't come out of safe mode. Now it works without any problems.
Thank you for your help.

To rule out any 3rd party apps or customisations, please try to boot to Safe Mode.

If the phone behaves normally, then the culprit is likely to be one of the 3rd party apps you mention.

I tried safe mode but still restarts happen, even in recovery mode repair apps/wipe cache partition doesn't change anything.

1) plug into a working charger. Allow the restarts to play out for about 24hrs. Hopefully, they'll eventually stop, and the phone will boot up and stay on.
2). Full factory reset.
3). Repair at authorised Samsung service centre.

My Phone is not going to restart until I unlock it, so I think the first solution does not work. Thanks for your help.

Yes, without a PC/laptop recovery menu doesn't appear and just boot normally.

I somehow managed to disable the screen lock and now the phone is restarting, but these constant restarts might damage the phone itself?

The idea behind letting the device play out the restarts was to allow whatever was causing it to complete and boot up normally. Maybe a file(s) needed processing or something. But I don't think this is what's happening here. As you said, the phone manages to boot all the way to the lockscreen, and you can even unlock your phone. It was only if the phone was in a boot loop immediately after powering on.
You can still try it, I mean, there's no harm in it. Im just unsure if it would fix anything. Was your phone still rebooting when hooked up to PC?
