My phone has recently only allowed me to charge to 85%. Is this due to an update or do I need to alter a setting, somewhere, please?

There a feature In the battery part of the setting that must been enabled go into battery and device care the select battery then go to more battery setting and there be a setting saying something like charge to 85 percent disable that and it will charge to 100 again
