samsung lost phone going for repair how long do they investagate this before doing something now a month in and nothing

What has the Samsung Support Department advised @craig12 ?
You may have to raise a Complaints ticket with them and or the courier firm used to send off the phone if applicable.
I hope you get this sorted ASAP.

under investigation is all i am getting but how long does it take is all i want to know left me with no phone
