Remote unlock is turned off

I have a samsung a51, I was looking round samsung find my phone. I press lock my phone when I try to unlock it it says remote unlock is turned off. Tried google find my phone but it can't detect my device even if it is next to me. Went to a phone repair shop they can't hard reset it. Can anyone help me out?

do you have access to the phone at the moment? If so have you tried to enter your PIN or pattern on it directly (if you have any of this enabled)?

I have tried to enter my pin but it just won't work my phone is android 13 using one ui 5. I went to a phone repair shop but they can't fix it for some reason.
