I need to add pashto in my samsung Galaxy Note 8

Have you checked if that's an available language you can add to your phone @Afghanistan I've had a look on my phone and it isn't on mine unfortunately.

If not then you can ask via the Samsung Members app under Get Help to see if it can be added in a future update.

@Afghanistan : Please be advised that there are plans to add Pashto as a language option for the Samsung keyboard in a future update. Sadly I'm unable to provide a definitive release date for this, however please be assured that it is in the works.
