No service being displayed on S8+

Hi, I have the Samsung Galaxy S8+ Chinese version (SM-G9550) and for a very long time now, there has been no network service on my device, it detects SIM but it doesn't bring up service, I need help regarding this.

Attached is a picture of what I just said.

you may need to get your imei checked out... especially if the sim works in other phones.

if you type *#06# on the call screen... a 15 digit serial number pops up. this is your imei serial number.

you can then ring your network provider to check if its black listed or go on Google and search for "imei checker" there are free checkers just to see if imei clean or blocked.

If it's not blacklisted check your APN settings are correct for MTN

The APN is correct, surfing the web is not the problem, it acts as if the SIM is not detected, where as, it shows under SIM card settings
