Unless an app has been specifically written / coded for your watch you can't.

Thank you for your reply my phone is a Galaxy S10plus so the next question is how to get Samsung pay on my Galaxy Watch 46mm R800NZSADBT my wife has a S10 and Galaxy Watch 42mm and she has Samsung pay on hers it transferd to her watch from her phone with no problem
