My husband has a Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 model, which will not connect to the Internet via our WiFi,  whereas my A52 will, any suggestions as to how I can rectify this please

Not sure if it has anything to do with the age of the phone now. But here is a link to some tips.

Hi there 👋

Really good advice from @Fiona26 if nothing in provided link works it might be due to phones age, as phone is no longer supported most apps won't work, also you no longer able get security updates. If nothing works I suggest get a new phone if it's in your budget.

J3 is very old I'd suggest upgrading to an s20 or so at least

I am using an S7 edge right now and it is working absolutely fine. The phone might just be acting a little off.
