My husband has a Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 model, which will not connect to the Internet via our WiFi, whereas my A52 will, any suggestions as to how I can rectify this please

I am using an S7 edge right now and it is working absolutely fine. The phone might just be acting a little off.

By the way no custom software installed. Still on8 and works perfectly.
