First what makes you think so?
Second, if you are sure you are hacked, Try resetting your phone. I am assuming you have a backup to your personal data somewhere. if not, back it up then reset your phone.
However, if the hack is something very deep, like "Pegasus" level, you may need to ask Samsung engineers for help, you can do that through the members app

Signs of hacking generally include Calls/Messages you did not make, unrecognised Apps, High Data usage (though that can be due to other reasons) and major Battery Drain . For your safety be careful with links via Text/Email as a number may be malocious , bear in mind that the risk increases outwith official sources.
if concerned indeed it is best to Factory Reset and change passwords.

Does factory reset remove embedded malicious ware like "Pegasus" ?

thats a good point, but some hacks can never be found like this. examples, sharing locations, and content. Of course, the perpetrator should have had a physical contact with the device first.
Other malicious ware like pegasus needs Google itself to discover it.
