First what makes you think so?

Second, if you are sure you are hacked, Try resetting your phone. I am assuming you have a backup to your personal data somewhere. if not, back it up then reset your phone.

However, if the hack is something very deep, like "Pegasus" level, you may need to ask Samsung engineers for help, you can do that through the members app

For the future, have a look

If you've been hacked, Factory Data Reset your device(s) and then change your passwords for every account you know you have.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Signs of hacking generally include Calls/Messages you did not make,  unrecognised Apps, High Data usage (though that can be due to other reasons)   and major Battery Drain . For your safety be careful with links via Text/Email  as a number may be malocious , bear in mind that the risk increases outwith official sources.

if concerned indeed it is best to Factory  Reset and change passwords.

Have you tried running a scan on your phone? If you head over to Device care > app protection then scan your phone for any threats.

thats a good point, but some hacks can never be found like this. examples, sharing locations, and content. Of course, the perpetrator should have had a physical contact with the device first.

Other malicious ware like pegasus needs Google itself to discover it.

I mean, it depends. Most apps on the Google Play Store are safe, and Google has measures in place to prevent malicious apps reaching on the Play store. Some apps do slip through the cracks. Google is good at taken them down. But installing apps outside official sources is risky without checking if its safe.
