My wife and I both have Galaxy A54 5g phones. There was an update earlier this week which seems to have caused a problem. Both phones are running slower, and the using a USB cable to transfer data and images to my laptop won't work, it's charging instead and I can't find a way to change it. Any suggestions ?
After an update I suggest going to app store/ samsung store and making sure everything is up to date too
Check cables/ did that exact cable work before?
Clear cache partition Plug into pc/laptop 1. Turn off the phone 2. Press and hold the Volume up and Side buttons 3. Release the Side button when the phone turns on 4. Press and hold the Volume up button until the phone enters Reboot Mode 5. Use the Volume buttons to select Wipe cache partition 6. Press the Power button to confirm 7. Use the Volume buttons to select Yes 8. Press the Power button to confirm 9. Press the Power button to select Reboot device
