I suppose it would depend on current hardware and software technologies and that if there would be a demand for such a device @GiZsY 

Be assured though that Samsung would explore all avenues and concepts.

The good old hydrogen one cant have been much good wasnt about to long. The spector looks good as well and some of the screen covers that turn a normal phone screen into a hologram.
