Help, my gallery is saying file type not supported and I don't know what I need to do and it's driving me crazy. My photos are fine but my videos won't play and only let's me hear them
Did you record the videos yourself on the same device using its cameras, or did you download the videos from other sources (the web, WhatsApp telegram, etc...)
ok the saved from tt and the taken used snapchat might be in a format that cannot be opened by the gallery. You use the app that produced them to open them in the worst case. The question remains, the ones you recorded yourself, can you access them through the gallery?
In that case I highly recommend that you reset the gallery app In the settings go to Settings > apps > gallery > storage > clear cache then clear data Restart the phone afterwards and see if the issue persists.
