I'm hoping someone can help me with a new problem I'm having with my Note 8.
As of yesterday (12th May 2022) I cannot use dual messengers.
This feature worked fine a few days previously, but not now.
Since yesterday, I cannot use Whatsapp or kik, which are the two messengers I use in dual mode. I select the messengers in home screen, but neither of them will load.
I have tried deleting both dual versions of Whatsapp and kik, and then re-enabling "Dual Messenger" in "Advanced Features" setting, but every time I do this my phone immediately turns off. Sometimes it restarts, but sometimes it simply turns off, and I need to manually turn it back on.
I haven't downloaded anything, updated anything, or changed any settings since last week, which was the last time I was able to use dual messengers.
As additional information, though I can't see how it could be relevant. I have been using two kik accounts, and two whatsapp accounts.
I would welcome suggestions.
