I am using a pair of skull candy bluetooth headphones, a bluetooth speaker, and other devices. I have tried connecting these devices to my computer and they work perfectly. My phone, galaxy s8, won't connect to any devices. It stopped showing the devices as well. This only started happening after I updated to android 9 pie. I have tried all solutions found online and a factory reset. None of which work.

@vanbustamove: Sorry to hear that you're having these issues. If you enable Bluetooth, open the Members app and go to Get help > Phone Care > Interactive Checks > Bluetooth, what is the 'status' of the feature? If it fails then I recommend visiting a Support Centre to get your S8 inspected by an engineer. To find your nearest one please check the following link, select 'Mobile Device' and enter your post code.
