@Neroweed: To troubleshoot the issue, please head to Settings > Device care > Auto optimisation > Auto restart, and check to see if 'Restart when needed' or 'Restart on schedule' are toggled on.
If not, I recommend restarting your phone in Safe mode, as this will disable all third party apps and help to determine if the problem is stemming from an external source.
To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.
With Safe mode active, monitor the performance of the device for a few hours, based on the frequency that you encounter the issue. If you find that the restarts no longer occur, then please restart your S22 Ultra as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore we recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.

@Neroweed if the issue is still present in Safe Mode I would recommend clearing the cache partition, temporary files are deleted but Data is intact.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
can also Repair Apps from the same Recovery Menu. However if issue persists best to send an Error Report if you are able to do so. Go to Samsung Members-Send Feeback-Error Reports-Lock up/Restarting . Include a description and ensure that the system logs are sent.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Here it does not charge after October update and thus you cannot turn it on.
