Hi there, @HelenC. Check that the phone's Software and the Email app is up to date. Try this: Settings > Apps > Email > Storage > Clear cache / data and restart the phone. Then add it again and complete the set-up. If this doesn't help, try logging in through an internet browser and see if that works as you may have to disable or authenticate the 2-step verification. If this doesn't help, we recommend you speak to your Email provider directly about server settings. Hope this helps!
