I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 and lately, a lot of things are crashing (such as DQA and Google Photos). Another problem is that it has signed me out of my Samsung account and won't let me get back in (it's saying processing failed). I've read another thread about the Samsung account from last year and the solutions there, while they work for everyone else, don't work for me. Can anyone help me out with this?

If you can go to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre and they'll help you with this.
If you can gain access to your phone then you could try putting the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see if the issue stops which then indicates a rogue app(s)
