Hello,
We have migrated our old telephony system to a new Teams telephony system.
We have bought 50 Samsung Xcover5 smartphones to replace 50 previous DECT phones, that are mostly used in our shopfloor.
Since we have migrated we face issue with call disconnection or call not received etc..
After deep analysis I've found that when the screen is off on these smartphones, we see spikes in the latency, up to 2000ms every 3 or 4 pings, so we suspect the issues is due to that.
We think it's related with WIFI power save on this model, FYI we don't face this issue with a Samsung S20, or even an XCOVER7. Also the Yealink phones, using WIFI dongles, are not showing the same problem.
How can we disable WIFI power save on these XCOVER5, I don't see any setting to do so on Android 14.
This is critical for use, many thanks by advance for your help.

@Clem58: Do disable Wi-Fi powering saving mode, please head to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Intelligent Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi power saving mode > Toggle the switch so it greys out.
If you're finding that the Teams app isn't performing as expected while your devices are idle, then please try heading to Settings > Apps > Teams > Battery > Unrestricted > Back > Appear on top > On.

Hi Andew, thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately the option "Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Intelligent Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi power saving mode" is missing, we are using latest firmware FYI (Android 14 with update of Sept 1st)
For Teams we already did that, but this "bug" seems to not be related to any apps but more with screen off and WIFI power saving.
