Software update query

Why is there another update app which is the green icon when I downloaded APK for it says app isn't installed thanks

Hi @grafter and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍 

Personally I stay clear of downloading anything to my phone via an APK files,as these can lead to various issues. 

I only update my software via the phone's Settings and or use SmartSwitch via a Computer. 

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Do you think it might be a monitoring app or spy as I can't get to it to uninstall it any ideas be great

So does anyone no y I have this green icon update you can't access it can't remove it thanks in advance
