As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to help rule out your phone or sim card that maybe at fault.
Check your networks online mast checker to see if they are reporting any issues.
Check any relevant network app to see if any call bar has been inadvertently toggled on.
Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On to refresh the connection and or try choosing another network in the phones connection settings and then re choose yours.
