International call restriction

Despite checking call barring on my device (A53) and ensuring I can make international calls with Vodafone it still gives the message that calls are restricted. Any advice on what to do next? Many thanks

To help you identify why this is happening, let's begin by checking your network services to ensure there's no issue on their end or with your services, @Starbella. After you've done this, if there's no issue with your network services, switch off the Galaxy A53 for 20 seconds to give it a fresh start. While it's switched off, as process of elimination, try using a different SIM card to see if this still happens. If you still experience this, try resetting your network settings by going into Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
