I have the S7 Edge, can I scan barcodes with it? If yes how to pls?

See if this works. Open camera, click on settings and in the settings screen enable the Scan QR codes slider. If you don't see this you will need to get a QR Scanner app from Samsung Store or Play Store.

Thanks for replying, much appreciated, but I can't find it in my camera settings!? I know I have one as I've scanned one before via a website i was on at the time

Aaah, OK, you can also use Samsung Browser. Look at the second option here https://www.lifewire.com/samsung-smart-tvs-home-control-features-1847196
