Android Update has broken my Galaxy S6

 I performed the Samsung Android update to my S6. 

Now when I restart the Galaxy S6 comes up the the blue screen with the Android Man , saying Installing Update, then nothing , wont pick up the sim card and carriers detail and logging in.

it repeats itself 3 times then goes blank

Have tried hard and factory reset etc but no help. Connecting to a PC the same occurs

How do U recover

Can you take the phone to a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store or arrange to send it off to Samsung @RichardH3  ?
