Will this have damaged S20

New S20 arrived … wife used the ‘pin’ tool to insert new SIM but did not realise the holder was back to back fir SD card.
She then tried the pin in the other small hole at top of phone. (Top right) and the similar hole bottom left.

Thinking those would pop out a holder.

Will inserting tool into those holes have caused any damage.

No it won't cause damage as there is a metal mesh there to protect the mic which is further inside the phone. Just make sure it doesn't happen again or the mesh will start getting damaged everytime it happens.

As far as I'm aware and going from tear downs of phone's the sim ejector tool pin isn't long enough to cause damage in those other holes.

I done the exact same thing when I first got mine about 6 month ago ain't done anything
