Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 & when I was with Virgin mobile I had wifi & 4g calling in the settings & in the quick panel. I was migrated to O2 in August & even though on my O2 app says that it is activated I cannot find in my settings or in the quick panel. Its as its dissappeared.

Do you change sim card to o2 after transfer from virgin to o2, because still using virgin sim card can cause problems

Hi, just wondering if you had any luck as I'm having the same issue. Migrated to o2 from virgin and it worked, but then after an update it disappeared and the o2 app says it activated. Thanks
