Just a thought, is your device running low on memory? If so it may be struggling to find space for the data upload.

Are you connected to WiFi for this or have you slipped on to mobile data at all? Just thinking if you at using 2g....

I've checked, and I have plenty of space for the update.
I'm on WiFi. With good connection. Even tired my mobile data.

Ok please try to pop the device into airplane mode, leave for half a minute or so then turn airplane mode off.

Does that help?
