Hello
I bought an Amazon refurbished Galaxy S20. It is in great condition. Battery holds a charge just fine. When I plug it in to charge, with a regular wall plug, it can take 25 hrs from 10%-15% to get to full (that is what the phone says when plugged in). When plugged in with a rapid charger it only takes a couple of hours. We have tried 5-6 different regular wall plugs, we are also using a good cord.
Is there a reason that this should be a concern? I don't mind using a rapid charger all the time but this seems odd.
Thanks

Hello @lakedawgs and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
The issue could lie with the phone being reconditioned. You may want to consider returning the phone before any relevant cooling off period times out.
That said do look at the below advice I've provided.
Just as a process of elimination can you use a torch 🔦 just to check in the phone's charging port to check for any build up of foreign debris.
There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
The issue could turn out to be a port malfunction to which a Samsung Service Centre can assess, however I'd have the phone swapped out instead.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
