Watch and s10

Hi 

My watch isn't connecting to my samsung s10. I bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4.

Reinstalled, deleted, checked my phone for Updates..  Not working.. Any ideas?

The Display says 'Check your phone' and after a while it disconnects and goes back to the 'Welcome' screen.
