The wallpaper on my lockscreen has been replaced by a black screen and the only thing visible is the clock. When i got to change it by pressing wallpapers and style nothing happens and also the edge panel is not appearing and when i got to setthings to enable it doesnt allow me to press it.
I also contacted samsung support where the guy just told me to restart my phone and then proceeded to disconnect from the conversation
My phone is galaxy s21 ultra the us variant and its fully updated
Update: After the battery died i went to charge it and now everything is back to normal.

Hello @VasilisKG
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
Well the Samsung chat person could have been a little more helpful 🙄
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
If all else fails back up and factory reset.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello,
I tried both of your suggestions but neither of them did work. If i cant find a solution I will probably bring the phone to a samsung store tomorrow

Hello,
i tried your recommendation but it didnt work. I will perform a factory reset only as a last resort since even with backups setting up all the authenticators, banking apps ect is such an annoying and time-consuming thing

@VasilisKG: Are you sure that you have not accidentally enabled the Always On Display? To check, please head to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Always On Display > Toggle this off if applicable.
For clarity, when you head to Settings > Display > Edge Panels, is the option to toggle this feature on greyed out?
