This message appears on a video when I try to stream it from certain websites !?

Try a different browser, it says your current browser doesn't support the necessary features to play videos on their site.

@jacksmith: Which websites are you having issues with? Have you tried checking the Google Play Store for any browser updates that might address the issue, of looking for a dedicated app for the site?
