S21 Plus Esim not adding

I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G but there's issue with it when adding an esim to it, after clicking on the add esim from the section in settings it will just keep loading loading it will load for not limited time and will not give any response but continue loading and am 100% sure that my internet is good and my phone is always updated, you can check from the attached video.I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, but I'm experiencing an issue when trying to add an eSIM. After selecting "Add eSIM" in the settings, the process gets stuck in an endless loading loop, with no response or progress. I'm certain my internet connection is stable, and my phone is fully updated.I try Factory reset my phone and flashing my phone with three driffrent firmware.But my issue is still same.Please refer to the attached video for more details.

May I assume your physical sim is in sim slot¹ as sim slot² is taken up by adding the esim. 

Also double check with your network that the esim set up credentials is correct.

I could not get 'add eSim' to work.

I ended up just using the camera on the qr and it bypassed this step.
