Usb-c on galaxy s21 ultra defect functioning

Bought Samsung original dex cable did not function. Bought from Kjell & co  a non Samsung cable for just 200SEK functions perfectly.
Bought Samsung original earphones usb-c connected, did not function, nor did a second marc usb-c earphones, but a combination of usb-c to 3,5mm phone converter is functioning. Must be a problem in the hard- or software of the Galaxy s21 ultra.  I could not possibly be the only one who experiences these problems. I believe the phone needs an update solving these problemes.

I am a lot disappoited.

I am sorry to hear that you are having these issues. At the moment, I haven't received any similar reports in the UK. Have you tried to replace these cables and see if the same thing happens?

As I mentioned I have bought a non Samsung dex cable and that one functions OK to my screen with hdmi input. An the Samsung dex cable does not function with my Samsung S21 ultra but that cable functions with another Samsung note of one of my friends. My be some technical chap can figure out why.
