Update issue

I'm using a brand new s21 ultra sd 12/128 version for past 2 months. 

I'm eagerly waiting for android 14 and one ui 6 but I'm not having any for a while now .

How do I get this , I saw many yt videos and asked many people.  They all having it already.

Please post where you got your phone from ( carrier, Direct from Samsung or third party)

Which network and country as well.

Then we can access your situation or someone can clarify.

You could try checking on smartswitch on your PC manually or settings and software updates on your phone .

Hi .

Depending on your model Bangladesh has received it . Again this would depend on your model and also on your mobile carrier.

You can connect to Samsung smartswitch on pc and see if any update is available otherwise its a waiting game.

Maybe try Bangladeshi or Indian forums if available but the above model is a European UK model.

You can check your model under system and about phone.

There is no update for that model unfortunately. I guess its a waiting game.for you.

Also it looks like. USA model hence there might be issue for the update for you

Does it mean I won't get any update, in future ?

I won't be able access the ui 6?

I went there and connected it.

But it shows no update, only backup and restore available. 

How much time do I've to wait, till the next android upgrade?

As I mentioned it looks like a USA model so you being in Bangladesh the update may not pop up for you.

You maybe able to flash it via other methods like ODIN ( Google about it ) We don't give advise about that here.
