Still haven't got the Android 12 update for my S21 Ultra

I'm at a complete loss here. I keep hearing everyone talk about receiving the 'new' Android 12 update yet I haven't even received the first update, let alone the recent bug fixes. I have attached screenshots of my service provider software version below. Would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help, samsung support just keep binning me off and aren't being very useful

Weird, so I would need somebody to send me a Vodafone UK SIM card in order to update my firmware?

Is there an easier way?

That is the strange part... the firmware you are running for CSC code, VOD, which is AUDA, was never released for Vodafone U.K. 

I don't know where you purchased your device from but it looks as though someone has bought a lot of Vodafone carrier branded devices up, cheaply, and flashed them with the AUDA firmware, for resale. I would simply return the device and demand a refund.

Well I'm not really that unhappy with the phone, I guess I will just have to live with a somewhat older firmware 😞

The only reason I wanted to update was to try 64 MP RAW photos. But in my experience updates make phones slower and slower until you finally need to buy a new one. So this is probably for the best.

The AUDA firmware is from a build for April 2021 on Android 11.

The most recent build for stock Samsung firmware for Slovenia, CSC code SIO, is BULF, on Android 12. See...

By the way, the phone was in the original packaging, so nobody could have flashed it. And sending back a perfectly functioning phone after 6 months over such a technicality would be a bit silly in my opinion. I guess I'll try to flash it myself with the firmware from Sammobile if it doesn't get an update for a few more months, thanks for the link.

I tried downloading a firmware for my phone and install with a laptop, but my PDA doesn't have android 12 yet, it's strange.

Your first screenshot shows carrier branded, U.S.A. firmware for T-Mobile (USA) from last year on Android 11.

See unbranded, USC, G998U firmware for Android 12...
