@Kelado: As per the advice offered above by @deadpool3049 this feature is called Bedtime Mode, and can be accessed by heading to Settings > Digital Wellbeing and Parental Control > Bedtime Mode > Start.
If you're referring to the scheduling feature in Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb, then this allows you to set a time period for when Do Not Disturb is active, which has the default name 'Sleeping' (although you can call this whatever you want, and create multiple schedules). Do Not Disturb, like Bedtime Mode, mutes calls and alerts except for your selected exceptions.
