I am using Samsung galaxy s21 fe.

I am using 2 sim card from last 8months, In SIM 1-Jio & SIM 2- Airtel and it is perfectly working but from last 5-6 days my SIM 2 showing Unknown Number so changed the SIM card slot from SIM 2 to SIM 1 but now same issue showing in SIM 1 slot and SIM 2-Jio working fine.

So I inserted my Airtel SIM in another device & it is working in that device so I reinserted in my device and it is showing same Unknown Number issue.

So please help me to resolve this issue.

@Rahul Patil: Is it saying 'Unknown number' for SIM2 in Settings > About phone, as well as Settings > SIM manager? Do you still have access to your network features for the affected SIM i.e. Calls, texts, mobile data?

Please note that SIM cards have a temporary number assigned to them before a personal number is added by your network. On occasion, this number will show up in Settings > About phone instead of your phone number, or it will say 'Unknown' where the number should be populated. This is simply a read error, and you should find that your network capabilities are unaffected, and you can still be reached on your network-assigned number. If you are concerned, then I recommend reaching out to your network provider to request a SIM swap, to see if this resolves the issue.

I note you are using Jio and Airtel so clearly you are in India.

I would advise you to reach out to your local Samsung Community Forum for guidance as systems differ around the world.
