Hello everybody!
I just switched to a S21+ from my old S8 and currently customizing my "new" phone.
As a last step there's only left the Connection to Microsoft in "Suggestions".
The first time I tried to connect to OneDrive I got an error, then I tried it again later and almost got it, but because I forgot my Samsung Account Password at that time I wanted to reset it. Unfortunately when I went back to the "Account Connection" it stopped working and threw an error. Since then the error persists and I cannot connect with OneDrive.
The point where I get the error is at the screen "Connect your accounts" after pressing the "Accept" button.
The error message I receive is "Server error occurred. Try again later."
I already searched the web and the forums, but none of the solutions worked and I tried almost everything.
Hopefully there is a fix for this. Any ideas?

Really starting to annoy me now as been going on since early last year.
I put a report in to Samsung but they just say it's a problem at Microsoft's end so contact them. Microsoft say not a problem their end. So who knows if we will ever get a fix.

I got help from the support team and I had two different email addresses which caused an initial problem but I also had both Onedrive and Google Drive backup space so we deactivated my Onedrive synch and backups, didn't activate the Gallery synch with Samsung (still synching everything else without problems) and my gallery backups goes to Google Drive instead.

That hasn't solved it I have 2 samsung email addresses just for the syncing to onedrive as was told by samsung to also have the same email address as onedrive a few years ago, so got them to add my onedrive email address to my samsung account and it worked back then on my old phone but on my new phone a galaxy a34 5g it doesn't. I have signed out and signed back in but to no avail hope this is sorted as sick and tired of having to put usb into comp in order to download the pics n files onto comp, if I preview onedrive on comp it shows what I recently did photo wise but can't add them to a say a profile pic that belongs to me or send to show someone via email
