Screen unresponsive for 3 sec after android 12 update

After i updated to android 12 on my samsung galaxy s10 5g the screen would stop being responsive for 3 seconds after closing a full screen app or closing facebook chat head. 

Even recieving a notification will make the screen unresponsive for 3 seconds. It becomes annoying after a while.

Is there any solution?

@LUCKY_M: To address any current performance issues following your recent update, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. This will perform a Soft Reset, which refreshes the software, and should hopefully resolve the problems you're experiencing. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings. Let me know if this helps.

Thank you so much but That did not solve the problem. The screen remains unresponsive for 3 seconds whenever i exit full screen app or touch facebook chat head.
