Hi @johnnyaz, sorry to hear about the issue you're having. As process of elimination, let's try using a different SIM card in the phone to see if this helps.
If the sim works fine in another phone then there could be a fault or issue with the phone's sim card reader. If the sim does the same in another phone then you may need to contact your network for a replacement sim card.
